At Violet’s Laundry Basket, your satisfaction is our top priority. We treat every item entrusted to us with care. To ensure clarity and fairness for all customers, please review the following guidelines.
Pickup & Delivery
• Items will be returned to the same location where they were picked up.
• Some buildings may require customers to meet the driver outside.
• Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible pickup and drop-off areas.
Laundry Care
• By using our wash-and-fold service, you confirm that all garments are suitable for machine washing and tumble drying on a standard cycle.
• We are not responsible for items labeled “dry clean only,” hand-wash only, or garments not designed for traditional laundering.
• We reserve the right to refuse items that are excessively soiled or pose a health or safety risk.
Pockets & Damage
• Please check all pockets before submitting your laundry.
• Violet’s Laundry Basket is not responsible for items left in pockets, including but not limited to pens, crayons, lipstick, gum, coins, food, or other objects.
• We are not liable for damage caused by foreign objects left inside garments.
Normal Wear & Tear
• Normal fading, shrinkage, fabric fatigue, and wear may occur during laundering.
• We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal washing processes.
• Delicate or specialty items should be separated and clearly communicated at drop-off.
Lost or Missing Items
• Each order is individually tagged and processed separately.
• Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
• Liability, if applicable, is limited to the cost of the laundry service or the item’s fair market value, whichever is less.
Payment
• Payment in full is due upon service completion.
