At Violet’s Laundry Basket, your satisfaction is our top priority. We treat every item you entrust to us with care, as if it were our own. To keep things clear and fair for everyone, we’ve outlined a few simple guidelines below.
Pickup & Delivery
Items will be dropped off in the same location where they are picked up. For example, If you leave your clothes outside of your door for pick up, they will be left in the same location when returned.
Please note that some locations will require the customer meet the driver outside.
Laundry Care
By using our wash‑and‑fold service, you confirm that your clothes are suitable to be washed and tumble‑dried on a standard cycle. We take every precaution to handle your items with care, but we can’t be responsible for clothing that isn’t designed for traditional laundering methods.
For health and safety reasons, we may decline items that are heavily soiled or pose a risk to our team.
Handling & Wear
We do our best to check and care for each order, but please double‑check your pockets before sending your laundry. Items left inside (such as pens, gum, or coins) can cause accidental damage during washing. We are not responsible for items left in pockets.
Normal wear and tear may occur with repeated washing, including minor fading or fabric fatigue. If you have delicate or “dry‑clean only” items, please keep those separate to avoid damage.
Lost or Missing Items
Each order is carefully tagged and handled individually from start to finish. If you believe an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your laundry so we can investigate right away.
Payment
Payment in full is due upon service completion.
